Fees and Payment Policy

We pride ourselves on being able to offer various flexible financing options while maintaining the highest level of professional care. We have established our financial policy as follows:

  • If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we offer a fee discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that is not covered by insurance.

  • To fit the needs of our patients, a monthly financial arrangement with automatic credit card or debit payment can be made to extend payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.

  • For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS

In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary difficulties.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.

If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once our team starts to transform your smile, we will gladly accept and file insurance assignment on your behalf to make sure your benefits are maximized.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
